About
Hi there! We're the Foersters: Hofmann, Sarah, Cason, Axel, Dash, Eloise, and Zuzu! Hofmann and Sarah are high school sweethearts who always dreamed of raising a big family on a beautiful piece of Texas land. Their dream came true in 2014 when they found the perfect place outside of Hallettsville, Texas.

With big goals in mind, the family sold everything in 2019, moved to that perfect piece of land and began a journey to self sufficiency. Sarah discovered an inner calling for high quality food and self reliance, while Hofmann's carpentry and farming skills grew. In 2023, they both realized their community needed access to healthier, higher quality foods. That's when Foer 7 Farms was created. The food they were raising for their family needed to be shared with other families.

Foer 7 Farms is on a mission to raise the highest quality food for our family and yours. Passing down a love for what matters is our priority, and in return we offer only the best - quality farm products!
Vision
Foer 7 Farms envisions a world where people no longer have to question where their food came from or what it has been sprayed with. We envision a place where people form a relationship with their local farmer to create a highly quality, sustainable food supply chain.
